Description: Are you squeamish about snakes?  Do you want to learn more about our indigenous snakes and what makes them so special?  Come out for a special meet ‘n greet with beneficial native Texas snakes.  Tim will being a display of live snakes while he talks about their life history, the exceptional role they play in our ecosystem, and snake safety.  Bring the whole family.  The kids will enjoy viewing and learning about these incredible creatures.  Tim will bring coloring pages and word searches for the kids.

Tim Cole moved to Texas in 1985 to enjoy the herpetofauna and the wam weather.  He is one of the founders and current VP of the Austin Herpetological  Society, President of the Southwestern Center for Herpetological Research, Board Director for Rattlesnake Preservation Trust, and Board Director with SnakeDays in Sanderson TX.
